THE RAVINES

The Ravines at McCammon Chase is a condominium association community located in Orange Township, Delaware County, Ohio consisting of 35 condominium homes amongst approximately 20 acres.  The free-standing homes are situated on private streets, surrounded by 2 ponds, wooded lots and wildlife that have taken habitat in the many ravines embedded in the community.

In 2015, Bob Webb Hidden Oaks, LLC acquired all of the land now known as The Ravines at McCammon Chase and obtained zoning from Delaware County for the property to be developed by Bob Webb Ravines At McCammon Chase, LLC for single units of condominium homes.

The community was developed by Bob Webb for homeowners seeking simplified living in upscale residences in Lewis Center, Ohio, many with walkout basements, with vistas of wooded ravine lots and/or maintained ponds.  The community was founded with the filing of its Declarations and Bylaws on March 16th, 2017 pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 5311 of the Revised Code of Ohio.  Kaman and Cusimano, LLC has been retained to perform as Statutory Agent for The Ravines at McCammon Chase Condominium Association effective 7/9/2021.   The State Of Ohio Incorporation Certificate is available for examination.

A Delaware County Preservation Park abuts the south side of Westbrook Place complementing an environment of peacefulness, seclusion, preserved forests and assurances no further residential or commercial development will occur in the future.

Big Timber Loop encompasses a retention pond and water feature that boasts views only available to residents at the Ravines at McCammon Chase.   Forested ravines flank Big Timber Loop outer boundaries, similarly creating an environment of peacefulness and seclusion.
